Skills Campout

Boy Scout Troop 75 will be camping from June 16-18 behind the church. This will be a TENT camping event. Arrive: Friday June 16th 6pm Depart: Sunday June 18th 11:00am Be sure to eat dinner before arriving. This will be a tent campout. Deadline for registering is March 9th.

About The Event

Troop 75 - PERMISSION SLIP

Boy Scout Troop 75 will be camping from 03/16/18 to 03/18/18 at First Presbyterian Church of Dupage, Bolingbrook, IL for Scout Skills Weekend.

Arrive: 1st Presbyterian Church at 5:30 PM sharp. Be sure to eat dinner before arriving.

Pickup: 1st Presbyterian Church parking lot at approximately 11:00am on 03/18/18 (Sunday).

Cost: $5 per person.

Deadline: Permission slips (this form) and fees must be submitted by midnight March 9, 2018. No registrations will be accepted after 03/09/18.

Need to Know: Wear your Class "A" Uniform to the event. (Field uniform shirt, neckerchief and slide.) Bring a water bottle, bug spray, sunscreen, rain gear, personal gear, tent and mess kit.

REMINDER TO PARENTS: Any prescription medication or over the counter medication that your son is currently taking must be noted on the PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION FORM. The medication must be in the original package or Pharmacy container and should be given directly to the Scoutmaster for distribution as per your instructions. SELF MEDICATION OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BY TROOP LEADERSHIP. Only exceptions are medications that must be administered immediately (inhalers, epipen, etc.).

My son has permission to accompany Troop 75 to First Presbyterian Church of Dupage, Bolingbrook, IL for Scout Skills Weekend on 03/16/18 to 03/18/18. I will be sure that he does not attend if he is not in good physical condition that day. I understand that the associated fee is for the camping fees for the weekend.

I understand that any prescription or over the counter medication my son is currently taking must be given directly to the Scoutmaster and that my son may not take medication without the supervision of the leader in charge. The only exceptions are lifesaving medications that must be administered immediately (inhaler, epipen, etc.)

I grant permission to the official chaperones or leaders, in the case of a medical emergency, to approve any medical emergency treatment in my absence. In the event of an emergency, I can be reached at the telephone number listed below. If I am unavailable, a secondary emergency contact will be listed.
